Return & Refund Policy

The Golf Block will accept returns within 10 days of the date on which you received your order.
The Golf Block does not accept returns on items purchased from a retailer other than golf-block.com.
To request a return, please email info@golf-block.com with your order number and details. Upon approval from The Golf Block, we will send a return label and return form to your email address for your convenience.
All returned merchandise must be received by The Golf Block in its original condition, not having been used. Returned items that are damaged or altered will not be accepted.
The return item must be shipped back within 10 days of receiving the return label, otherwise the return will not be processed. In the event that we processed your order incorrectly, please email info@golf-block.com with your order number and claim.
We will send you an email notification once your return is received and approved. If you are approved for a return, a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 14 business days. The shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.
